There are many ways in which you can get involved:

PRAY

  • Prayer Partners
  • We believe in the importance of prayer and the need for mission activity to be backed by strong prayer support. We are looking for prayer partners who are willing to adopt one or more church plants and cover them in prayer on a regular weekly basis. To help make your prayers more effective we will provide you with a profile about your adopted church planters and target city, along with regular prayer bulletins and a copy of the G.a.P Giver newsletter which is produced twice a year.

GIVE

  • G.a.P Giver
  • G.a.p Givers are people with a desire and passion to sow financially into church planting in the UK. Twice a year, on request, we ask that they donate £10 or more to the general funds of AOG Church Planting. To keep partners informed, we mail out the latest G.a.P Giver newsletter, packed full of stories and articles about new and current church planting initiatives.

GO

  • Short-term Missions
  • We are looking for mission teams to work alongside church planters on a short-term basis. Serving the church through outreach and practical ministry, teams not only make new contacts for the church to follow up but also help raise the profile in the local community. We are looking for teams of six or more people, who would be willing to give a week to mission in a church planting situation somewhere in the UK.

  • CP Partners
  • Giving to missions doesn't always mean overseas. We have a huge mission field right here on our doorstep that would significantly benefit from your investment. We are looking for established churches who have a heart to adopt and support a new church plant in another city, investing through prayer, mentorship, finance and short-term mission teams.

  • Church Planters
  • Do you have what it takes to plant a church? We can help you take those first steps to seeing your church planting dream become reality. We can offer training through x-pansion academy or Mattersey Hall Bible College, and provide coaching and ongoing support in the early years of your church planting journey.

  • Mother Churches
  • The most natural thing in the world for a human being to do is reproduce, and Christians and the local church should be no different. We are looking for established churches with a desire to reproduce through church planting in another location. We will help you identify and develop potential church planters, equip them for service through training, and connect them to the vital resources and support they need for the early days of their journey.
